China has many mines, most of which have special operating environments. Taking the coal industry as an example, most of its operations are underground, and communication between underground areas is very important. In particular, it is generally difficult for managers to understand the underground environment, making scientific scheduling and command impossible. Therefore, the construction of an underground communication system is crucial. With the development of modern information technology, underground communication systems are becoming increasingly widespread in mines. Underground communication systems mainly provide mutual communication among users within the system, enabling voice communication, data/video communication, and achieving personnel and environmental monitoring, providing scientific data for mine production management.

China has many mines, most of which operate in special environments. Taking the coal industry as an example, most operations are underground, making communication between underground locations crucial. Management personnel, in particular, often have difficulty understanding the underground environment, hindering scientific scheduling and command. Therefore, the construction of an underground communication system is essential.

With the development of modern information technology, underground communication systems are becoming increasingly prevalent in mines. These systems primarily facilitate communication among users within the system, enabling voice, data, and video communication to monitor personnel and the environment, providing scientific data for mine production management.

System Functions:

(1) The underground communication system uses mobile phones for communication, enabling two-way calls, group calls, and prioritized calls, including emergency calls. This functionality is well-suited to the specific communication, command, and dispatch needs of mine management departments.

(2) Video monitoring and video calls allow users to transmit voice and image videos in real-time via mobile phones, providing a more intuitive display of underground conditions to assist management personnel in making informed decisions.

(3) Personnel location tracking: The underground communication system uses mobile phones for terminal positioning, enabling personnel location tracking and providing scientific data support for attendance records. Ground personnel can dynamically monitor the location and distribution of underground personnel via computer.

(4) To meet various data service needs, management personnel can access internal systems via mobile phone software, publish company information, conduct mobile office work, monitor production, monitor video, and automatically monitor via mobile phones to understand underground production information.

(5) System warning: The underground communication system has an automatic alarm function in case of anomalies.

With the acceleration of underground safety work, many mining enterprises are using underground communication systems to keep abreast of production dynamics, promoting the modernization of mines and making mine management more scientific and convenient.
