The coal mine safety monitoring system developed by Jinan Fushen Technology can not only timely reflect the underground environmental parameters, realize the prediction of disasters, and deal with safety hazards, but also provide the operation status of underground equipment for production scheduling, effectively commanding production.

Detailed functions of the system
The system integrates computer network technology, data communication technology, and sensor technology. It is mainly used to monitor various gas concentrations, temperature and humidity, dust, wind speed and pressure, airlock status, ventilation pipe status, and fan start/stop status in the mine, and to achieve over-limit audio-visual alarms, power failure, and interlock control, realizing automatic monitoring and analysis of mine production conditions.

Complies with national standards and has obtained relevant coal safety marks. Relevant equipment has obtained explosion-proof certification.
Software information can be displayed on multiple screens, displaying text, graphics, and charts, making information presentation more intuitive and vivid.
The system has strong data storage and statistical capabilities. The longer the data storage time, the more detailed the query basis provided to the user.
The system uses digital transmission, using a bus + Ethernet method, reducing transmission failures, and ensuring timely and accurate information.
A full range of sensors are available to monitor all environmental and industrial parameters comprehensively.
It has an interlock function, ensuring that monitoring data is not lost during power outages.
When communication line failures occur, the monitoring substation saves data for at least two hours, and automatically uploads the data to the ground once the line is restored.
The backup power supply of the monitoring substation can provide more than 4 hours of continuous power supply.
Remote management: Ground-based remote control of underground equipment power supply, power failure, and equipment start/stop.
Self-check: Self-diagnosis of underground monitoring substations, various sensors, cables, etc., automatic alarm and recording in case of failure.
System compatibility: Supports linkage with various systems such as personnel positioning, broadcast communication, and wireless communication.
