VMware prompts that this host supports Intel VT-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled. How to solve it?
VMware prompts that this host supports Intel VT-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled. What's going on? The full name of Intel VT-x is Intel Virtualization Technology. Enabling it allows the hardware platform to run multiple operating systems at the same time. It is one of the necessary technologies for running virtual machine software. If it is disabled, a prompt "This host supports Intel VT-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled" will pop up. The solution is to enter the BIOS to enable Intel Virtualization Technology.
1. Operation Instructions:
There are many computer motherboards, and the BIOS settings of different brands and models are different. Here are only some examples. If your BIOS is different from the one described in this article, you can only go to the BIOS one by one.
