The hazardous nature of underground coal mine operations necessitates the timely advancement of communication technologies. It is crucial to obtain information about underground personnel within a limited timeframe to enable emergency response. The underground communication system is undoubtedly a vital safeguard for coal mine safety production and emergency rescue operations. This system enables interconnection with the mine's fixed telephone network and public mobile communication network, achieving unified dispatch and command of mobile and fixed users within the mine area. This means realizing dispatch capabilities for all wired and wireless users. Two-way communication is possible between underground WiFi phones, between underground WiFi phones and dispatch consoles, between underground WiFi phones and ground WiFi phones, and between underground WiFi phones and ground fixed telephones, PHS, and mobile phones. The system can also flexibly combine wired and wireless users and assign unified numbers according to production needs.
