Details

Based on the actual working conditions of domestic coal mines and the current status and development trends of voice broadcasting, our company has developed a digital IP-addressable intelligent coal mine broadcasting system. This system, combining digital technology, single-chip microcomputer encoding and decoding, and advanced software programming, represents the most advanced coal mine broadcasting technology in China. Its high quality, economical, stable, and practical features have earned it widespread recognition among coal mines nationwide. This next-generation digital, addressable coal mine safety voice broadcasting system integrates public voice, safety broadcasting, dispatching and command, and safety monitoring, providing a comprehensive coal mine safety voice broadcasting solution.

System Features

The intelligent mine broadcasting system is a next-generation broadcasting system specifically developed for coal mines, integrating cutting-edge computer, communications, and network broadcasting technologies. It features advanced technology, high reliability, strong anti-interference capabilities, excellent sound quality, a wide amplification range, and a variety of broadcasting methods.

Multiple Broadcasting Methods

1) General Broadcasting: Broadcasts can be broadcast to all terminals simultaneously throughout the mine.

2) Regional Broadcasting: Broadcasts can be broadcast to individual or multiple areas (such as the office area, underground waiting room, and cafeteria), enabling individual control, such as broadcasting announcements to the office area.

3) Fixed-point broadcast: The management center can IP-address the main speakers in each area, enabling point-to-point broadcasting.

4) Emergency broadcast: Simply pick up the microphone to broadcast.

Two-way intercom function: Two-way intercom is available between the underground main speakers and the surface management center (dispatching room).

Automatic playback function: The broadcast management software allows automatic playback of broadcasts to individual speakers, multiple zones, or the entire area according to a pre-set program schedule. Coal mines can store commonly used music tracks such as safety education, slogans, and relaxing music on a hard drive for fully automatic non-linear broadcasting. Automatic playback eliminates the need for manual intervention, achieving true unattended operation. Different playback plans can be created based on a specific cycle, enabling scheduled looping.

GIS vector graphics function: The system software features a GIS electronic map function, allowing the main speakers to be arranged on a GIS map, displaying the actual installation location of each main speaker and real-time operating status.

Recording function: Broadcasts broadcast via the microphone can be automatically recorded and stored. The system can query recording files based on the time and call location recorded in the system log. Volume Adjustment Function

The volume of each underground speaker can be adjusted remotely or locally.

Speaker Online Inspection Function

The system performs online inspection and testing of each underground speaker via the master control unit, displaying operating status by speaker address and identifying faults.

Anti-interference Capability

Advanced technology and extensive field experience have been utilized to enhance anti-interference capabilities, significantly reducing noise from the speakers.

Integration with Security Monitoring Systems

Currently, the system can be integrated with multiple safety monitoring systems that have obtained safety certifications. (For security monitoring systems not integrated with our company, the

manufacturer can provide the integration interface protocol, or we can provide the interface protocol, and both parties can collaborate to achieve integration.)

Other Features

Wide Range of Audio Sources:

A wide range of audio sources can be used, including traditional audio devices such as microphones, speakers, DVDs/VCDs, as well as modern digital devices such as computers and MP3 players. When playing from a computer, all supported digital audio files can be played.

Flexible Networking

Supports single-cable networking, hybrid fiber optic and cable networking, and industrial Ethernet and cable networking. The broadcast system features address coding, allowing speakers to be added or removed from the entire broadcast network without affecting the entire network.

Remote Control:

Individual speakers can be turned on and off via a computer, with a user-friendly interface and easy operation, truly achieving addressable control.

High-Quality Voice:

Professional voice chip design and unique mechanical and process design ensure loud, undistorted sound.

Openness and Scalability:

The system offers excellent openness and scalability, allowing for linear and tree-based networks, with the ability to add signal outlets and add speakers as needed. The broadcast speakers feature address coding, allowing for flexible networking. Speakers can be added or removed from the entire broadcast network without affecting the overall broadcast quality.

High Stability and Reliability:

Speakers automatically shut down when there is no signal and automatically activate upon receiving a power-on signal or a power-on command, eliminating the need for manual control. Failure of a single speaker will not affect system operation.
