Mine electronic seal system

The electronic seal management system monitors coal mine anomalies in real time, automatically analyzes them, and sends alarms. It also monitors and analyzes personnel entering and exiting the mine, changes in the number of personnel entering and exiting the mine, and the status of coal mine operations. It also provides statistics on video analysis alarms connected to the coal mine electronic seal system, including alarms for abnormal personnel entering the mine, alarms for transportation equipment operating status, alarms for freight vehicles entering and exiting the mine, alarms for vacant dispatch room posts, alarms for camera obstructions or movement, and camera online and offline detection information. It also provides statistics on the distribution of video analysis alarm responses, including suspected production violations, false system alerts, and the passage of non-production personnel. It also provides statistics on alarms and responses for connected coal mines.

System Introduction

System Composition

The electronic seal management system consists of a mine-side system, a National Mine Administration-side system, and a configurable provincial supervisory and inspection department-side system. The mine-side system primarily consists of standard network cameras, mine-specific network cameras, and AI algorithm equipment. The National Mine Administration's end-user primarily serves as an intelligent monitoring platform and server. Provincial supervisory and inspection departments primarily access the National Mine Administration's "electronic seal" intelligent monitoring platform through PC terminals or deploy VPN dedicated lines to relay mine-side alarm information.

System Functions

1. Personnel Entry and Real-Time Reporting:

Whenever a person is identified entering or exiting the mine, a feature image is generated, marking the identified person with a rectangular frame, and immediately uploaded to the National Mine Administration platform.

2. Freight Vehicle Identification and Real-Time Reporting

Whenever a freight vehicle is identified entering or exiting the monitoring area, a feature image is generated, marking the transport status of the identified freight vehicle with a rectangular frame, and immediately uploaded to the National Mine Administration platform.

3. Transport Status Identification

When the main shaft transport equipment is identified, a feature video stream is generated. When the operating status changes from the presence or absence of material, a feature video stream is generated and immediately uploaded to the Mine Safety Supervision Bureau platform. 4. Identification of Vacant Posts and Sleeping Posts

When the AI intelligent recognition and analysis host reports vacant post or sleeping post status to the platform via the image capture interface, the platform associates the event with the Vacant Post or Sleeping Post tag and creates a file within the event. The captured images and short videos of the incident are also associated with this directory and uploaded to the National Mine

Administration's "Electronic Seal" intelligent supervision platform.

5. Identification of Camera Blockage and Angle Movement

When camera blockage or angle movement is detected, a feature image is generated and immediately uploaded to the National Mine Administration platform.
