System Overview

The coal mine's comprehensive information network platform utilizes a ring-type Industrial Ethernet network, ensuring high system reliability. This 100M Industrial Ethernet ring serves as the mine's industrial Ethernet backbone. Network nodes on the backbone network provide standard Ethernet RJ45 interfaces, facilitating access to various surface and underground subsystems, and facilitating expansion and upgrades of the industrial network above and below ground. Industrial Ethernet enables the integration of data, video, and voice networks. The server ring network and core switches utilize Gigabit ports, ensuring Gigabit network connectivity for the entire integrated automation layer. The network's ring design ensures data transmission, with a ring recovery time of less than 300 milliseconds. The Industrial Ethernet ring switches utilize industrial-grade switches that support the Profinet international standard protocol and real-time and isochronous synchronization.

The comprehensive information network platform collects data from subsystems via servers in the ground-based centralized control center. 1. Control Network and Enterprise Network Connection

(a) A firewall is used to isolate and protect the mine information management network and the industrial Ethernet network.

(b) Managers use Internet Explorer to access the industrial Ethernet web server from a PC terminal on the mine information management network. The web server displays system information on the control network and performs necessary permission control.

2. System Security System

Network security measures are implemented to build a network security system, including network security, data storage, disaster backup and recovery, and power supply security, to ensure the security of the mine automation system.

3. Network Security

(a) Conventional network security measures, such as VLAN division, are used.

(b) External network user access is controlled by a firewall, ensuring only authorized users can access the control network.

4. Data Storage

(a) The server is equipped with high-performance RAID functionality, ensuring that even if a single hard drive fails, data will not be lost, thereby improving the security and reliability of data storage.

5. System Power Supply and Lightning Protection
