System Overview
The mine safety monitoring system is an upgraded version designed in accordance with GB3836-2010, AQ6201-2006, Coal Mine Safety Supervision Letter [2016] No. 5, and the "Technical Plan for Upgrading and Renovating Coal Mine Safety Monitoring Systems." It exceeds these standards in many areas. This system not only accurately and timely monitors routine underground environmental parameters and equipment operating status, but also extends its monitoring scope. This system enables safety monitoring, early disaster prediction, and necessary accident prevention and response. It also manages and locates personnel, and conducts timely data analysis and statistics, providing accurate and scientific data for production scheduling, enabling effective production control and ensuring safety.
System Functions
1. The system features wind power methane blocking, gas extraction detection, and detection and control of various environmental parameters, operating parameters, and operating status. Newly added are high-concentration laser methane sensors, wireless laser methane sensors, dust sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, and various other gas sensors, all with an IP65 protection rating.
2. All system devices have been optimized and feature reliable anti-interference designs, and all purchased equipment has passed electromagnetic compatibility testing.
3. The system offers excellent device selectability, with both ia and ib power supplies, enabling multiple power supply combinations and hierarchical management of sensor power supply distances. In the event of an AC power outage, both power supplies can operate at full load for over four hours. Both intrinsically safe and flameproof ring network switches are available, providing flexible configuration options.
4. The system utilizes a fully digital design, with RS485 communication between substations and sensor actuators, and optoelectronic transmission between substations and switches, achieving optical transmission rates of up to 1000Mbps. The switch's ground central station utilizes a redundant Gigabit Ethernet ring network, minimizing system transmission failures and enabling fast and convenient network communication with higher-level management organizations for information sharing.
5. It features holographic and custom display capabilities, supporting large or multiple screens.
6. It offers a wide range of configuration and screen editing features. , graphs, and report (data chart) generation functions, with multiple data viewing and retrieval methods and simultaneous printouts;
7. Large-capacity, long-term database data storage facilitates data statistics and analysis, event tracing, and other scientific management functions;
8. Standardized operation modes and an excellent human-machine interface (HMI) achieve WYSIWYG, making data definition, screen editing, condition setting, and module generation simple, clear, and fast to operate;
9. Features audible, visual, and voice alarms, with the underground audible and visual alarm capable of four levels of alarm;
10. Remote power outages, local power outages for substations and sensors, and regional power outages at substations, can be executed by program control or manual forced control at the central station;
11. Powerful self-diagnosis capabilities enable self-diagnosis of equipment faults, transmission faults, power supply/disconnection conditions, and software operation faults, providing real-time fault alarms;
12. The system seamlessly integrates with the personnel management system, plant broadcast communication system, and wired dispatch system at the ground central station, enabling simultaneous display of all four systems, as well as split-screen display and linked alarms. 1.1 Explosion-Proof Type
The coal mine safety monitoring system consists of a combination of intrinsically safe, intrinsically safe and flameproof, and flameproof and intrinsically safe equipment.
1.2 Classification
The system adopts a time-sharing multiplexing system, a ring network structure, and a master-slave operation system.
1.3 Environmental Conditions
1.3.1 The equipment used in the machine room and dispatching room in the system must operate normally under the following conditions:
a) Ambient temperature: 15°C to 30°C;
b) Relative humidity: 40% to 70%;
Temperature gradient: less than 10°C/h, with no condensation;
d) Atmospheric pressure: 80kPa to 106kPa;
e) Dust, lighting, noise, electromagnetic interference, and grounding conditions as specified in GB/T2887. 1.3.2 Unless otherwise specified in relevant standards, equipment used underground in coal mines must operate normally under the following conditions:
a) Ambient temperature: 0°C to 40°C;
b) Average relative humidity: not more than 95% (at +25°C);
c) Atmospheric pressure: 80kPa to 106kPa;
d) The presence of explosive gas mixtures, but without significant vibration and shock, and without corrosive gases that could damage insulation.
1.4 Power Supply
1.4.1 Power Supply for Surface Equipment
a) Rated voltage: 220V, with an allowable deviation of -10% to +10%;
b) Harmonics: not more than 5%;
c) Frequency: 50Hz, with an allowable deviation of ±5%.
The central station is equipped with a UPS power supply. In the event of a power outage, the UPS power supply must be able to ensure the central station operates for at least four hours. 1.4.2 Power Supply for Underground Equipment
The substation is powered by a mine-grade flameproof and intrinsically safe DC power supply and a DC regulated power supply.
a) Rated input voltages of the DC power supply and DC regulated power supply are: AC 127V, 380V, and 660V, with tolerances of -25% to +10%; Harmonics: no more than 10%; Frequency: 50Hz, with tolerances of ±5%.
b) The DC power supply and DC regulated power supply are equipped with backup batteries. In the event of a grid power outage, their rated output must last for at least four hours to ensure normal operation of the connected equipment underground.
